Definition of a successful life
If you were to ask people who succeeded in a financial sense a common question: “How to succeed in life?” some may first ask you: “What do you mean by success?”
In Western society when people say “success” in majority of cases they mean “financial success”. In fact, the word “success” is almost synonymous with “wealth” and “financial freedom”.
Yes, success in finances is a big part of overall success. However, to lead a truly a successful life you must be also successful in two other areas of life: health and relationships.
Health, relationships and finances define a human life. These are interdependent and interrelated. All other things in life either directly or indirectly tie to these three areas.
So, a successful life is when you are successful in health, finances and relationships.
Notice, your relationships include a relationship with yourself, Higher Forces or Infinite Intelligence, your significant other, your family and friends, Nature, the whole world and the Universe.
Health includes all forms of your health: physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.
But how do you know that you are successful in each area? When you are, you should feel a sense of happiness and satisfaction.
And what is a feeling of happiness and satisfaction? It’s fulfillment. So, in short:
Successful life = Fulfilled life
Now, go back and recall the times when you felt truly happy and satisfied. Or maybe you are happy and satisfied now! Did(do) you also feel sad or judge others at the same time?
No! It’s a contradiction to feel happy and sad at the same time.
Okay, were/are you able to judge others? I don’t know about you but not me. Instead, if you do think about someone who isn’t particular nice to you, you are either neutral or even wish them a good luck.
Or when you feel happy and satisfied, do you doubt or worry about your future or lack of money? Are you fearful of uncertainty? Or do you think badly of or act badly towards a person that isn’t too nice?
No! You don’t (if you are truly happy and satisfied).
So, as you can see, when you are happy and satisfied, negative thoughts, feelings and deeds are relatively absent or happen on a very minimal level.
Instead, what IS present is positive/constructive thinking, feelings and deeds.
Given the above, here is an expanded definition of a successful life.
Successful life = Fulfilled life = Happy and satisfied life = Life with positive/constructive thinking, feeling and deeds = Life with very minimal negative/destructive thinking, feeling and deeds
If you think about this definition in reverse you can answer the naturally following question:
How to be successful in life
From the above definition you can see that a successful life is a life consisting of only positive/constructive thinking, feeling or deeds.
If you look at this definition in reverse, then the following becomes true: a life consisting of only positive/constructive thinking or deeds (OR life with very minimal negative/destructive thinking OR deeds) IS a successful life.
And that’s precisely how to be successful in life. Be your positive constructive self as often as possible!
In other words, make it your goal to think, speak, feel and act positively and constructively when dealing with your health, finances and relationships. While at the same making the maximum effort to avoid negative/ destructive thinking, feeling and deeds.
If you do this continuously and battle your negative destructive self, sooner or later, you will find yourself successful in all three areas of life.
How? That will happen because you would be living in harmony with one of the key laws of nature. This law works every time and makes no exceptions. Just like the law of gravity.
This law is called a law of vibration.
What is the law of vibration?
The law of vibration states that anything that exists in Universe in its simplest form is energy. The packets of this energy vibrate at different frequencies. (It is thought that it’s the wave-like excitations of this energy is what actually vibrates). In turn, packets of energy vibrating at similar frequencies attract each other.
In other words, whatever you think and feel on a continuous basis, your subconscious mind will attract that from the abundant universe into the visible reality.
For example, when you continuously think: “I have my own business and make over $200,000 per year” and feel as if you are already a business owner making this much money, eventually opportunities and resources will come up which you will want to use to build that $200,000 per year business.
When thoughts of how broke you are come up or when you are inclined to feel down because of the lack of money, don’t fight back, acknowledge those thoughts and feelings and shift your focus to the opposite positive counterparts.
Notice thinking and acting positively doesn’t mean that you should ignore the aspects of your life that must be improved. You simply acknowledge them and work on improving those aspects with the positive outlook and gratitude for the learning experience and resilience they provided.
I base this article mostly on the universal truths taught by Napoleon Hill, Bob Proctor and my mentor.
The above article is a simple scheme of how human life works. Many people don’t realize that a human life is subjected to the very precise laws of Nature (or the laws of Universe).
Success is a result of living in harmony with those precise laws.
