      Hmm.. If you’ve earned commissions and ordered it 2 months ago and still haven’t received — that’s weird.
      (That may take longer because you live outside of European Union and US/Canada)

      I’d suggest you call Mastercard support using this number: +44-207-127-8165.

      You can also email them at karatbars@prepaidfinancialservices.com (but call them first).

      Hopefully you receive your Mastecard soon 🙂

  2. Hello, my name is Eric. I live in the US. My card expires the end of this month (11/19) I ordered a new card but it says something about requesting a card to card transfer since I have a balance on my old card.I can’t seem to figure out how to do so at debitcard@karatbars.com. can you please help me?

      I see. Sure.

      I’d just go ahead with card to card transfer — or whatever is being asked.

      However, to make sure, call Karatbars Mastercard support at 001-518-751-9114 (Canada or US). Call during regular US business hours.
