How to login into Karatgold.sg dashboard?

1. Go to https://www.karatgold.sg and click ‘Login‘ in the right upper corner.

2. Enter your username, password, captcha and click ‘Login’

3. Once you are successfully logged you will see your Karatgold backoffice (Marked 1 below).

4. The backoffice is your private and protected area. You will always end up on your dashboard after logging in.

   • Think of your dashboard as the ‘homepage’ of your Karatgold backoffice.

   • Your dashboard is located in the ‘General‘ section of your Karatgold backoffice (Note that ‘General’ is hovered over).

   • Every time you want to access your dashboard  in your backoffice, go to ‘General’ and scroll down to ‘Dashboard’.

   • In your Karatgold dashboard, you can see your personal details, all information about your account, you can change settings, or your profile information, place purchases and learn all about your commissions.

 

Upper section of your Karatgold dashboard

At the top of your Karatgold dashboard you can see the 5 steps to get started.

When you the click ‘Video’ at each step, a video explaining the step and what you should do will come up.

When you hover over each step and click on it, you will be taken to a corresponding page.

Step 1: New Packages

At Step 1 you can see all packages that are available at the moment on Karatgold.

When clicking on this step you will be taken to Profit packages. However, you can also buy Business packages from here.

Step 2: KYC Documents

• In Step 2 you need to upload your KYC documentation. KYC stands for Know Your Customer and is required for identity verification.

• In order to purchase Karatgold products,  you are required to verify your identity and place of residence.

  • You will need to verify your identity by uploading a valid government-issued form of ID. Examples of government IDs are driver’s license or passport.

  • In order to verify your place of residence, upload a utility or phone bill not older than six months.

• Note: you need to upload your KYC documentation prior to step 3 and 4.

• In your ‘Personal Details’ section, you can view your username, Karatgold ID, your unilevel status, etc.

• In ‘Team Statistics’ you can view how well you team is doing. You can see transactions, world pool participation, etc.  

  • In ‘Dual Team System’ section you can view the details about your Dual Team and the amount of coins you currently hold. 

  • In ‘Your account’ section, you can see your pending commissions, current prices of coins, your Karatbit ID, etc.

  • Your ‘Pending dual payouts’ are paid out on your Karatbars Prepaid Mastercard every Friday.  

  • Your ‘Pending unilevel payouts’ are paid out on the first business day of each month on your Karatbars Prepaid Mastercard.

  • ‘Your dual commission this week’ reflects the commissions you have generated since the last Friday’s payout.
