How to register for K-Merchant, the crypto payment system (step-by-step tutorial)

In this step-by-step tutorial you will learn how to register for K-Merchant, the world’s first crypto payment system.

You can either follow directions below or watch the video with similar directions.

1. First of all, in order to register for K-Merchant you must be referred by someone who is already registered with Karatbars (aka they already must be a Karatbars affiliate or customer).

• • • In other words, you need to use a referral link that looks like this: https://merchant.k-merchant.com/register?token=………………

    • If you don’t have a referral link, use mine.

2. Once you have a referral link click on it or paste it into the url field in your browser. This referral link will take you to K-Merchant registration page (Screenshot #1 below)

3. On the registartion form, fill in all the required fields:

• • Your Email, Username, Password, Confirm Password, your First name, Last name, Country, Zip, City, Street. Note, Karatbars Referral ID is pre-filled automatically since you used a referral link.

4. Then click Sign Up.

5. After that you will receive an email from Karat Merchant (K-Merchant) asking you to verify your email address.

• • Open that email and click on Verify Email Address and you will be taken to K-Merchant Sign-In page.

6. Then, on the Sign-In page enter your Email address and Password and click Sign In (Screenshot #2 below). 

• • If you haven’t received an email from K-Merchant within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

7. Once you are logged in and on the K-Merchant dashboard, to complete the full registration you need to upgrade your account to Silver level.

• • You will see the following message in the top right corner reminding you to do that: “Info: In order to use our POS system, please upgrade your account to Silver level” (Screenshot #3 below).
    

8. To upgrade, on the left hand side of your backoffice use the scrollbar to scroll down to the very bottom and click KYC Bronze.

• • As you can see, you are already accepted as Bronze (Screenshot #4 below).

  • To upgrade to a Silver level, click on Silver Send Request.

9. Then enter your Phone number, upload your Selfie with face and ID and Picture of your ID (Screenshot #5)

• • Note sure what is a ‘Selfie with face and ID’? It’s just a picture of you holding your ID card. Make sure your face and ID card are clearly visible!

10. After that, click Send Request and you are done.

• • Once your Silver level is approved, you will be able to use Virtual Terminal and all other features in your K-Merchant account.

 

Well done! You just registered with K-merchant, the first cryptocurrency payment system.
