In this step-by-step tutorial you will learn how to use KaratBit dashboard. How to deposit, withdraw and exchange cryptocurrency and fiat currency in your account.
Either read directions below or follow similar directions while watching the video below.
-
Go to www.karatbit.com, log in into your account and click ‘Dashboard’ in the upper right. To register for a Karatbit account, follow this tutorial.
-
As you can see, the dashboard first shows you ‘Wallet & Balance’. These are all your wallets and all your holdings in your Karatbit account.
-
For example, in the sample dashboard below there is 9896 US dollars available in the account (Marked 1 below). Also, there is 0.44 Bitcoin and 0.002 Ethereum. Plus some KBC coins but no KCB coins or Univals.
-
Next to the amount you can see the current market price of your holdings. Altogether the current market value of this sample wallet is 11,926 US dollars.

(1)
How to deposit funds to your KaratBit account
-
By clicking ‘Deposit’ or ‘Withdrawal’, you can withdraw or deposit your holdings. US dollars, Bitcoin, whatever you want — you can withdraw fiat currency and cryptocurrency.
-
For example, if you want to deposit some Bitcoin to your KaratBit account, just click ‘Deposit’ to the right of ‘Bitcoin’.
-
The address that comes up is your unique wallet address (Marked 2 below). To copy the address, click ‘Copy Address’ or select the address, right click and click ‘Copy’. (To copy the address, you can also scan the provided QR-Code). Copy this address into your depositing wallet.

(2)
How to withdraw funds from your KaratBit account
-
If you want to withdraw a particular currency, let’s say, Bitcoin, click on ‘Withdrawal’ next to that currency. Then select a predefined wallet you want to withdraw Bitcoin from. Or select ‘Save new Wallet’ to add a new wallet. If you are selecting ‘Save new Wallet’ in the ‘New Blockchain Address’ enter the address of that wallet.
-
In the ‘Amount’ enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to withdraw. Let’s say, you want to withdraw 0.01 Bitcoin, enter ‘0.01’ and click ‘Save New Address & Submit’.
-
Once you do that, then the following message will pop: ‘Create Withdrawal. Please confirm your withdrawal over: 0.01 bitcoin’ (Marked 3 below). This is a preview of your transaction along with the transaction fee. If you are okay to proceed with the withdrawal click ‘Confirm’. If are not okay to proceed, click ‘Cancel’.
-
If you are clicking ‘Confirm’ you will get an email asking you to double-confirm that you are wanting to withdraw that Bitcoin amount. Once you click on the confirmation link in that email the Bitcoin will be send to the wallet you indicated.

(3)
How to use ‘Exchange’ feature on KaratBit dasboard
-
There is another very useful feature in your KaratBit dashboard called ‘Exchange’.
-
How to use this feature? With this feature you can exchange any type of cryptocurrency or fiat currency for KCB coins (only KCB for now)
-
For example, if you want to exchange Bitcoin for KCB coins, click on ‘Exchange’ next to Bitcoin. Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to exchange for KCB. Let’s say you want to exchange 0.00011111 Bitcoin (Marked 4 below).
-
The system will automatically calculate how much KCB coins you are about to get (including the bonus). Click ‘Confirm’ and then the pop-up window will say ‘Exchange was successful from BTC to KCB’. So, now you just bought some KCB coins!
-
If you go back to your dashboard, you will see that your Bitcoin wallet balance is lower while your KCB balance is higher.

How to withdraw a fiat currency on KaratBit
-
NOTE: In order to be able to withdraw fiat, you need to have Gold KYC Level. To acquire Gold KYC level, go to ‘KYC’ tab and click ‘Verify Now’ on ‘Platinum’ star. However, you will need to verify ‘Bronze’ and ‘Silver’ beforehand. In order to verify Platinum you will need the folowing
- Proof-of-banking-statement
- Bank Name
- Account No or IBAN
- BIC or SWIFT
- Account Holder
-
The process of withdrawing fiat currency is the same as for cryptocurrency. However, instead of selecting a receiving wallet you want to select a receiving bank account.
-
Let’s suppose you want to withdraw 100 US dollars (Marked 5 below). Enter ‘100’ in the amount, then select a Bank. If you don’t have any banks yet, click on ‘Save New Bank’ and type in the banking details.
-
Click ‘Submit’. Then you will be asked to confirm: review you withdrawal and click ‘Confirm’. Once you do that, your 100 US dollar will be transferred to your bank account.

This tutorial should simplify KaratBit dashboard for you.
Have a question? Leave it below.
What’s the minimum withdrawal amount
Hi James,
Good question!
KCB:The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 KCB
KBC:The minimum withdrawal amount is 1000 KBC
I am a verified Gold and Platinum level but I can’t see the option select bank account when withdrawing my KCB. Tried to email the support and sent screenshot but got no reply. I am struggling to find solution and advise
Hey Aileen,
Thank you for your question.
KCB is still token so you won’t be able to withdraw it.
As you may know, on December 16, KCB and KBC merge and become one single coin.
As far as I know, the new coin will be available on numerous exchanges, not just Karatbit.
So, soon after December 16, I believe you will be able to withdraw your coins 🙂
Please explain how to transfer KCB coins from Karatbars Account to Karatbit Exchange?
Thank you.
Hey Pamue,
Transfer KCB coins from Karatbars to Karatbit? Sure.
Scroll to the very bottom of this article.
And you will see a section called How to transfer KBC & KCB coins from Karatbars to Karatbit. 🙂
Hi. Ihow long does a transaction take? I’ve sent kcb coins to another user this morning and still not showing. It says on my side Executing. What is the meaning of this
Hi Coenie,
Do the coins show up now?
It may take some time for this transaction to be processed and for the accounts to be updated.
Merry Christmas!
Hey Coenie,
I recently sent the coins to another account.
It takes 24 hours to receive the coins on the other end 😉
Is there a tutorial on how to transfer KCB to another account?
Hi Tyson,
Yes, here it is 🙂 https://freewithgold.com/how-to-send-kbc-coins-from-one-karatbit-address-to-another
Hi how do I withdraw my karatbit and close my acc?
Hi Devinisha,
To convert KBC to cash see here: https://freewithgold.com/how-to-withdraw-kbc-from-karatbit-and-convert-to-cash-how-to-sell-kbc
Regarding closing the account please contact support@karatbit.com.
🙂
Hie I want to know that when I am trying to withdraw it’s says enter address label.
What does it mean
Hi Donald,
It’s the address that you want to send your withdrawal to.
You will be able to withdraw KBC starting January 4th: https://freewithgold.com/how-to-exchange-kcb-for-kbc-on-karatbit-hard-fork-option-1
Have a divine 2020!
OK thank you but I want to know how you can create a block chain address
Happy New Year Donald!
You are welcome.
Every time you create a cryptocurrency wallet (example, MyEtherWallet) or cryptocurrency exchange account (Karatbit exchange account), a unique blockchain address is generated for you.
You can use this address to send and deposit funds.
Or did you mean something else? 🙂
Hie please I want to know how much I am going to receive because I bought a package on 13 December $151 so I want to know is supposed to be how much as from 13 December to 4 January. Because now I only see $252.800 but there were saying is going to be $2500
Hi Donald,
What package did you buy? Profit Package or Business Package?
so I want to know is supposed to be how much as from 13 December to 4 January. Because now I only see $252.800 but there were saying is going to be $2500
Are you talking about your commissions or KCB coins in Karatbit?
Please clarify 🙂
Hi,
My Karatbars and Karatbit acccpunts we’re linked three days ago but the KCB only shows in my Karatbit account and has not moved to the Karatbit exchange. I want to convert my KCB to KBC before the deadline of Jan 4. Is there a step I’m missing?t
If I’m moving KBC from one account to another after the January 4 the merge…do I have to be verified in kyc?
Also is the Current KBC deposit accounts the same after the fourth or are they changed? Thank you
Hi Bridgett,
If I’m moving KBC from one account to another after the January 4 the merge…do I have to be verified in kyc?
No, you don’t.
Go to your ‘Dashboard’ and then select ‘KYC’ tab and you will see what KYC level you need for various actions you want to do in Karatbit.
Also is the Current KBC deposit accounts the same after the fourth or are they changed?
The same, unless you click ‘Generate New Address’ button.
🙂
Hi,
I want to put some USD (fiat currency) in my Karatbit wallet from my prepaid mastercard. How do I do this? Is there any illustrative video?
Thank you
Hi Nabulizi,
Do you want to deposit USD from your Karatbars Mastercard or just any Mastercard?
I’ll find or make a tutorial for you.
Let me know!
Hello
Would you please help me to know how to buy USD under my wallet & balance by using fiat currency from my prepaid MasterCard? Do you have any illustrative video?
Thank you
Hi Maoensano,
I’ll get back to you on this tomorrow 🙂 (I don’t have an illustrative video for you at this moment).
Maoensano, still looking into this for you 🙂
Hi Maoensano,
Sadly, now you can’t deposit USD into Karatbit account. This option may be available in the future.
What task are you trying to accomplish? There may be a way around it.
Hie Maragarita
I bought a package of €151 for investment as an affiliator on the 13 December. So I want to know it going to be how much in return when I am going to withdraw as from 13 January upwards
Hi Donald,
I assume you bought a Profit Package 150 which had 150 euros of KCB inside.
So, that’s about 1,078 KCB coins (0.14 euros).
Are you exchanging them all to KCB (before Jan 13)? If yes, then you will get about 2700 KBC coins (1 KCB = 2.54 KBC).
Today 1 KCB is $0.019429 US.
So in total if you withdraw you will receive 51.3 euros, which is not a lot (2700 KBC X $0.019429). That’s with current price of KBC. The price may change any time. Myself, I’d wait until the price of KBC goes up significantly.
If you want to withdraw when the price of KBC is low, you will get a considerably bigger return if you convert KBC to cashgold. See how to convert KBC to cashgold here.
Happy 2020 🙂
Hi, is it possible to withdraw my kcb coins into a wallet or my bank account? I intend to convert some to kbc and want to withdraw the others
Hi Sammy,
Yes, it’s possible, next to KBC select ‘Withdrawal’ and then input info of your bank account.
There will be no KCB soon. You need to convert all your KCB to KBC or Gold Standard Bank future shares before January 13, 2022. See how to do it here: https://freewithgold.com/kcb-hard-fork-options-pick-one-before-jan-4-2020
Let me know if you get stuck and I’ll give you a hand 🙂
Hi Sammy,
For now, I see you can only put a cryptocurrency account in ‘Save New Wallet’ after selecting ‘Withdrawal’ next to KBC.
I’ll get back to you when I find out how to add a bank account that you can withdraw to 🙂
I need help. I purchased some etheruem from coinmama and had them sent to my karatbit wallet however they have not shown up as yet . I did realize that my karatbit kyc was not verified before i did this transcation . Have i lost my ethereum or will it show up now that my kyc has been verified after the fact.
Hi Chenika,
Don’t worry, all good, you haven’t lost anything!
That’s because to deposit funds into your Karatbit account you don’t need to upload any additional KYC. Meaning the Bronze KYC that you automatically have is enough to ‘Deposit unlimited crypto’. Go to ‘Dashboard’ and then ‘KYC’ tab and you will see it clearly 🙂
Give it 24 hours for ether (ethereum) to show up in your wallet.
Or it might have already showed up; do you see it now?
Good day
Could you email me your WhatsApp details if possible?thanks regards jean
Hi Jean,
Would Skype work? 🙂 Here is mine: margarita_219
Hi Jean,
Just installed it! Here is it: 587-225-1562. Feel free 🙂
I can no longer transfer my kcb coins to my karabit account? Will it ever open back up for me to transfer my coins to karatbit
Hi Jay,
You just need to link your Karatbit account to Karatbars and Karatbars staff will transfer the coins to Karatbit.
Do it soon, but you still have 5 months to link the accounts and have your KCB coins transferred!
Hi I invested R40000 ZAR in karatbars, how much do I get out if I withdraw today 3feb 2020
Hi Bongi,
If you invested in KBC or KCB coins, how much you can withdraw depends on the price of KBC coin (if you have some KBC or exchanged some KCB to KBC ).
Today, KBC is $0.010152. We’ll have to wait and see when the price is high enough to have a good return on investment.
If you exchanged some of your KCB coins to Gold Standard Bank IPO vouchers (shares), then will have to wait for the shares to go in price as well.
Understood yes, but how much KCB /KBC do you get when buying the package that you receive the cell phone and laptop
Hey Bongi,
Karatbars stopped including KBC/KBC crypto in packages on Dec 15, 2019.
Right now WHIM laptop and K-Impulse K1 Phone packages only contain the devices themselves. (WHIM packages also contain advertisement coupons for K-Exchange).
Yes, have a beautiful week!
Hallo
Can anyone help i am trying to withdraw my KCB and when i say withhdraw it asks for a block chain address and when i use my luno bitcoin address it says it is invalid what should i do to withdraw.

Hi Frans,
You mean you don’t see your coins transferred to Karatbit account from somewhere else? Please clarify.
Hi. I have just exchange my KBC for Ethereum. I am trying to withdraw but i am failing. I am currently varified on Bronze and recently applied for Silver verification. Its been two days now that the verification is pending. Please assist
Please ignore. I just received a response from Karatbit.
Thank you.
Awesome 🙂
Have a beautiful time, Karabo!
Hi there,
I recently withdrew bitcoin from my karatbit account but all it says under withdraw is executing. It doesn’t show the TXID. I approved the transaction through email etc. I’ve contacted supported but nothing yet.
Keenan,
Please give it least 24 hours 🙂
Thank you for the reply
I processed the transaction on the 27th of October, it’s now the 6th of Nov. I’ve heard that BTC transactions have an extreme delay but should it be this long?
Hi Keenan,
Sorry for a late reply.
Crypto transactions if done right, usually work perfectly. In terms of timing, depends I guess. Check now.
Hi Nadine,
Karatbit ceased operating back in December.
Now there is GSTrade instead of Karatbit.
I am not sure whether you can do it now…
When I withdrew BTC back in November, and in summer, I just deposited it into my local exchange, so there was no need to contact Karatbit.
How are you withdrawing it?
Anyone found a way to transfer your karatpay wallet balance to cash now that the UNV has been deregulated?
Hi Kim,
Yes, it’s easy. See video here: https://freewithgold.com/how-to-turn-karatpay-univals-to-cash
🙂
Hi.
I want to withdraw money from my katatbit / karatgold account, but I’m not getting the option in the dashboard or anywhere else. How can I withdraw money?
Thanks.
Hi Jesica,
Karatbit stopped operating over a year ago as far as I know… so sorry for this..
